Business Development Representative

Hammerjack is seeking a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Representative to help us expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales team in closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation
    • Identify, research, and engage with potential clients through outbound channels (calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking, events).
    • Qualify leads by understanding their business needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.
    • Maintain a strong and consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Client Outreach & Engagement
    • Conduct discovery calls to gather relevant information and assess client fit.
    • Clearly articulate the company's value proposition and competitive advantages.
    • Schedule appointments and demos for Account Executives or Sales Managers.
  • Collaboration & Market Insights
    • Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and messaging.
    • Provide feedback from client interactions to help improve product offerings and campaigns.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new market opportunities.
  • CRM & Reporting
    • Accurately log all activities, interactions, and prospect details in the CRM system.
    • Track and report on weekly/monthly KPIs such as number of calls, meetings booked, and lead conversions.
    • Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent communication with prospects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or business development.
  • Experience in SaaS, BPO, Finance is a plus.
