
Strategic Business Development Specialist

ISS STOXX is expanding its business and seeking a Client Success Analyst to develop a career in business development with exposure to Sustainability, Cyber Risk, and Corporate Governance.
Key Responsibilities
- The role involves deep diving into ICS operations, supporting internal operations, client entitlements, and data integrity, as well as assisting the Client Facing Team during the first four months.
- Over time, the Client Success Analyst will work with the Client Success Manager to maintain strong client relationships through proactive engagement and strategic communication.
- This includes assisting the CS Manager in pulling essential data reports, building client outreach lists, supporting data integrity initiatives, organizing client campaigns, and articulating the firm's value proposition.
- The position requires identifying growth opportunities and ensuring client success through regular check-ins, facilitated engagements, and platform training.
- It also involves nurturing inbound leads and collaborating with the sales team to support new business acquisition and client retention.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
- Three to five years of Client Success and/or Operations Support experience is necessary, along with additional related business/industry experience being a plus.
- Candidates must be able to understand and promote technical offerings and solutions.
- Strong service-oriented skills, attention to detail, and computer skills are essential.
- Superior communication, collaboration, problem-solving, prioritization, and influencing skills are required.
- Candidates must be able to work independently or as part of a team.
Work Arrangements
- A dayshift schedule (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Manila Time) is available in Makati City.
- A hybrid arrangement (Mondays to Fridays; at least 3 days onsite per week) can be accommodated.
