Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development
- Develops brand vision in relation to the segment
- Supports the brand vision with growth strategies and forecast
- Creates brand architecture and identifies line extensions and new solutions to strengthen brand equity and ensure sustainable business growth
Product Life Cycle Management
- Drives the commercialization of new product/solutions (includes line extensions and packaging improvements)
- Reviews brand's value proposition vis-a-vis customer's usage and satisfaction and recommends adjustments to communication to sustain business growth and market share
Marketing Strategy Development and Operationalization
- Implements brand strategic priorities from ideation to execution for various programs related to the go-to-market route, including DTC and Ethical channels
- Leads periodic brand reviews with stakeholders, analyzing industry trends, competition, and brand implications
- Develops brand marketing plans and briefs, recommending touchpoints aligned with the brand strategy
Overall Stewardship of Brand P&L
- Organizes Rx and OTC data for reviews, identifying key issues and opportunities
- Recommends actions for cost efficiencies and effectiveness
- Determines investment mix and formulates contingency plans based on risk analysis
Customer Management and Engagement
- Inputs data for studies and addresses customer needs
- Creates customer profiles and manages relationships with internal and external customers, including MDs and KOLs
- Develops and engages MD KOLs to strengthen relationships
New Product Development
- Handles development of new products aligned with LRP plans
- Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders from sourcing to launch
Required Qualifications:
• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
• 3-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Product Management, Digital Marketing, or Sales
• Proficient in MS Office, English communication, and digital solutions
• Adaptive and flexible
