About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to assume the position of Customer Support Specialist at Lexie Staffing And Business Consulting.

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and promptly resolving inquiries. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to client inquiries via multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
  • Providing guidance on products and services while resolving issues effectively and professionally.
  • Identifying and escalating complex matters to relevant departments.

Problem-Solving Efforts:

In this capacity, you will be responsible for:

  • Troubleshooting technical issues and guiding clients through solutions.
  • Analyzing client feedback to pinpoint areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance client satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:

You will also maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions, update databases with client information, and prepare reports on performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Possess BPO experience is a plus.
