Neksjob Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Support Specialist
Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements.
This includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent Communication Skills: The ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues is essential for this role.
- Minimum of 6 months customer service or relevant experience: We are looking for candidates with previous experience in customer-facing roles.
- Open to High School graduates, College Undergrads/Grads: A degree is not required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our company is essential.
- Willingsness to work on a shifting schedule and during holidays as needed: Flexibility is key in this role, as we may require our Customer Service Support Specialists to work varying shifts and hours.
