About the Role

This position requires collaboration with senior technical leaders to document current-state architecture and define the future-state application architecture in alignment with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience across multiple IT disciplines, including hands-on work in digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document current-state architecture and develop a comprehensive future-state application architecture plan
  • Evaluate and establish application architecture standards to ensure consistency across project designs and implementations
  • Contribute to the development of the organization's technology strategy in coordination with the Enterprise Architecture Team
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects aligned with the target architecture
  • Partner with development teams to design end-to-end solutions and prepare architecture review documentation and presentations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Postgraduate degree and TOGAF certification are advantageous)
  • At least 8 years of experience across multiple IT disciplines, including 3+ years in Technology Architecture with hands-on work in digital transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies, architectural strategy, agile methodologies, and the ability to support agile teams in managing technical and architectural risks
  • Proven experience developing architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps, with the ability to present to both senior executives and technical teams
  • Familiarity with core banking systems is an advantage but not required
