Job Description

The Agile Project Leader will lead agile delivery, architecture design, and cross-functional coordination for digital transformation initiatives. This role involves developing a suitable agile implementation strategy, acting as the project manager for assigned programs, and ensuring overall quality of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement agile strategies for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, release planning, and retrospectives.
  • Manage disruptions and ensure progress on sprint delivery, including platform-related issues.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and ensure overall quality of deliverables.
  • Mentor the project team on agile principles and best practices.
  • Maintain technical and business documentation to support knowledge management and transparency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 15 years of general professional experience in digital transformation and system design.

  • Strong work ethic, project management skills, and people management skills.
  • Technical knowledge: Proficient in Azure DevOps (ADO) and geographic information systems.
