Seamless Sales Experience with AI-Driven Tools

My Virtual Mate is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven AI-Driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As a key player in our sales operations, you will be responsible for leveraging AI-driven tools to identify and qualify leads, manage follow-up calls and meetings, and maintain detailed CRM records of lead interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Engagement and Qualification: Contact pre-qualified leads to gauge interest, re-qualify leads using BANT or MEDDPIC criteria, and utilize sales playbooks and scripts for effective communication.
  • Sales Process Management: Identify sales opportunities and build relationships, manage follow-up calls and meetings, and maintain detailed CRM records of lead interactions.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with prospects, handle inquiries and provide product information, and collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets, provide regular updates to the Sales Manager, and continuously improve sales techniques and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or similar roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
  • Data-driven with the ability to scrutinize AI tools' performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques, accounting, and expense management.
  • Experience with sales operations and data administration.
Required Tools:
  • AI-driven tools.
  • Project management software.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • CRM software.
  • Sales tools (e.g., Instantly.ai, Apollo, ChatGPT, Gemini, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn automation tools).
  • Google tools.
Work From Home Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 MBPS internet connection.
  • Backup internet connection (postpaid or prepaid).
  • Laptop or desktop with updated operating system (at least core i5 or higher).
  • Backup laptop or desktop (at least core i5 or higher).
  • Headset with microphone for clear communication.
