About the position: Ensuring exceptional customer experiences is vital for our service. We seek individuals to help us create an innovative, customer-centric fintech platform.
Responsibilities- Effective communication with B2C customers to resolve queries efficiently
- Liaise with internal teams to investigate and find resolutions for complex issues
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all areas of B2C at Paysend, prioritizing customer needs
- Continuously improve processes, identifying trends and escalating concerns as necessary
- Review current systems and make recommendations for enhancements that benefit the customer or enable self-service
- Previous experience working in a CS environment, preferably B2C
- Strong communication skills and sound decision-making abilities
- Ability to take ownership of tasks and investigations, driving outcomes
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Effective interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Capacity to work under pressure with varying deadlines and priorities
- Analytical mindset to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of general operations within financial services and FinTech
- Experience working in a Financial Services or FinTech company
- Familiarity with Zendesk (or similar CRM) and its functionality
- Understanding of KYC and/or AML principles
