App Commercial Desk Manager Role

In this leadership position, you will oversee a team of sales specialists who support the global field sales teams and external Marketplace vendors. Your expertise will be crucial in driving operational efficiency, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of App Commercial Desk Specialists across multiple time zones.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational processes and enhance team performance.
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for Enterprise Advocates, Loyalty Advocates, and Marketplace Partners.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  5. Maintain accurate records and metrics to analyze internal efficiency and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sales service desk tools and quoting/billing/vendor management principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and adaptability in complex situations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team.
