Job Overview

This role is critical to our core product experience, and we believe that delivering high-quality support is essential.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator who can resolve user issues and answer questions from valued users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve a high volume of user requests through various support modalities.
  • Investigate and fulfill all tier 1 & 2 support requests.
  • Navigate ambiguity in one-off issues to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Diagnose problems and propose possible solutions for the short- and long-term.
  • Complete thorough documentation.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent organization and problem-solving skills, as well as a minimum of 4+ years of SaaS customer support experience. Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel is also required.

  • SaaS customer support experience (min 4+ years)
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel
