  • We are seeking a highly skilled and empathetic individual to join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Senior Customer Advocate.
Job Description:

As a Seasonal Senior Customer Advocate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through proactive and timely support. Your primary focus will be on interacting with customers across various channels to provide accurate, valid, and complete information while showcasing the highest degree of empathy, courtesy, and professionalism.

Key responsibilities include handling customer consultation calls, technical troubleshooting, escalations, and complex investigations. You will also troubleshoot product or service-related issues by investigating root causes, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution.

Additionally, you will perform problem tracking and ensure that issues are properly prioritized, documented, tracked, and resolved. Proactively identifying customer needs and offering thoughtful solutions, accommodations, or next steps is also essential.

Requirements:

Our ideal candidate possesses:

  • At least 3+ years of member or customer support experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Previous experience supporting SaaS products.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud-based applications (Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent reading comprehension, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • The ability to understand and communicate complex health topics to customers, both verbally and in written form.
  • Knowledge and experience with CRM tools is a plus.
