Job Overview

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for delivering top-notch customer support through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions to technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt support via Zendesk tickets and phone calls, addressing a wide range of inquiries related to hardware setup, software functionality, troubleshooting, and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborating with the Tier 2 team when necessary.
Technical Expertise
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products, encompassing assembly, software, hardware, printing solutions, and account management.
  • Gain expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues while working closely with teams to share knowledge and improve workflows.

This role demands exceptional communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. You will gain experience working with diverse customers and developing expertise in multiple areas.

Strong English language written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, previous experience troubleshooting hardware and software remotely is required.
