We are seeking a seasoned data engineer to design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines and integration solutions. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive business insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines using SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
  • Architect and implement robust data models and solutions that support the organization's reporting and analytics needs.
  • Maintain SQL Server Reporting Services while transitioning legacy reporting to modern platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality by implementing effective data governance and security measures.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering with a strong focus on SQL Server, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks or MS Fabric.
  • Proficient in SQL development, including stored procedures and query optimization.
  • Extensive experience with ETL development and data integration from a range of sources.
  • Expertise in designing and optimizing data models.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA for managing tasks and workflows.
