Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex problems and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and streamline processes.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • BPO experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Adaptable individuals welcome to apply.
  • Good communication skills essential.
  • Ability to work within defined hours with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays.
