Key Responsibilities- Customer Support Specialist
- Provide fast, accurate, and friendly support to customers
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and ensure seamless resolution
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Possess at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
- Showcase ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
