We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

You will also be expected to document recurring issues and customer feedback to enhance the overall user experience and contribute to the growth and development of our team.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer support experience in SaaS or a similar industry
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-focused mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with tools like Gist, Slack, Jira, etc.
