Technical Support Specialist Role

This role focuses on delivering timely and effective resolutions to technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to inbound technical support requests via phone, chat, or email, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

You will guide customers through step-by-step solutions, maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services, collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and customer experience, and meet performance metrics including resolution time, customer satisfaction, and attendance.

The ideal candidate should have a strong command of the English language, typing speed of 20+ WPM, high-speed internet connection, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with Windows operating systems.

Candidates should also possess skills in troubleshooting and follow-up, multitasking, self-management, and excellent interpersonal skills.
