Job Description

The Voice of the Customer Expert will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to RingCentral's customers. This includes responding to customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technical staff.

As a key member of our Global Service and Support team, you will be expected to demonstrate a high level of product knowledge, technical expertise, and customer service skills. Your ability to communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, is crucial to success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and support via multiple channels

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical staff

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of RingCentral's products and services
