Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level assistance to our leadership team. In this role, you will manage calendars, schedule meetings, handle email management and correspondence, and maintain confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars (Google Calendar) and schedule meetings
- Handle email management and correspondence
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Organize travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
General Operations Assistance:
- Assist with data entry, research, and document preparation
- Manage and update project management tools
- Coordinate with different teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong general business support skills, including administrative assistance, calendar and schedule management, email and inbox handling, and basic documentation and reporting
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using productivity software and project management platforms
