Strategic Sales Manager for Key Accounts and Dealers

The Role:
Key Account and Dealer Channel ManagerAs a Key Account and Dealer Channel Manager at JOB MATCHMAKER, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing key accounts and the dealer network. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales and management skills to achieve optimal performance within the assigned region or sector.
Your primary focus will be on maintaining strong relationships with high-value customers, distributors, and dealers, while strategically driving sales, product distribution, and business development across multiple channels. You will work closely with various teams, including marketing, logistics, customer service, and product, to ensure seamless operations and timely product delivery.
To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional account management and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements. Your experience in managing key accounts and working with a network of dealers or distributors will serve as a solid foundation for success.
Responsibilities:
• Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with major customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability within key accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and new product introductions.
• Dealer Network Development: Build and maintain a robust dealer and distributor network to ensure broad market reach and product availability.
• Channel Strategy: Develop and implement channel strategies that align with company goals, ensuring proper distribution, competitive positioning, and maximum market penetration.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze dealer performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are met, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, logistics, customer service, and product teams to ensure smooth operations and the timely delivery of products to key accounts and dealers.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or channel management, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and working with a network of dealers or distributors.
