Job Summary

The Channel Growth Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective channel management, developing and executing strategies to enhance partner relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Channel Development: Develop and implement channel development strategies to increase sales revenue and expand market reach.
  • Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and goals.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with internal teams to provide sales support, training, and resources to ensure successful partner engagement.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Reporting and Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure channel performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
  • Strong Business Acumen: Proven ability to analyze business data, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to set and achieve sales targets, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the IT industry, preferably in software or technology sales.
What We Offer:
