Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic B2B Sales Growth Manager to join our team and drive business growth through effective account management, prospecting, and negotiation of profitable agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with key decision-makers, fostering trust and understanding their business needs.
  • Analyze account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and develop targeted strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Proactively engage new B2B clients through research, outreach, and tailored presentations showcasing the value proposition.
  • Negotiate contracts that ensure long-term agreements while maintaining profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
  • A minimum of 2+ years' experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and CRM skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a goal-oriented approach, driven to achieve success.
