IT Service Desk Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operations Coordinator to join our team at IT Group, Inc. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ERP solutions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of support engineers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update knowledge base across all products.
- Proactively discuss customer satisfaction issues with the team and report to the Head of SOC.
- Provide insight to other coordination resources as needed.
- Maintain and update client list, ensuring accurate contact details and support category.
- Prepare and review quarterly maintenance activities for clients under ITG's support framework.
- Facilitate regular contact with clients to discuss progress via phone or face-to-face.
- Document management notes and progress reports properly.
- Provide weekly consolidated report of SLA violations and closed/resolved tickets.
- Work with team members to answer and address client requests and inquiries.
- Collaborate with Implementation Engineers and Technology managers to resolve client needs and manage ticket escalation.
- Assess risks of various solutions and prioritize competing business demands.
- Evaluate data through opportunity research and business process analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Accounting, Information Technology, or related courses.
- At least five years of experience in a related position in the IT service and solutions industry.
- At least two years of experience handling and managing a team of at least five people.
- Experience in managing ERP solutions (Netsuite, SAP, etc.).
- Able to work in Quezon City and flexible with hybrid setup.
