Service Desk Engineer

DBOS is looking for a talented Service Desk Engineer to work in our Insurance Company's Help Desk Team. As a key member of our IT team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our users.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing user accounts and mailboxes, maintaining system registration and user security access, and deploying desktop applications and software versions.
You will also be responsible for identifying and resolving user issues, documenting all support activities, and ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.
To succeed in this role, you must have a solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems, as well as proficiency in troubleshooting procedures.
