Senior Administrative Coordinator

The Executive Assistant role at ESCA Engineering is a high-profile position that requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and professionalism. As a key point of contact for both internal and external communications, you will be responsible for managing and supporting daily administrative tasks within the executive office.
This includes:
- Managing an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing correspondence, and arranging complex travel plans.
- Arranging domestic and international trips, ensuring smooth logistics and anticipating potential issues.
- Handling various administrative duties, such as drafting reports, preparing presentations, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Coordinating high-level meetings and strategic activities with key stakeholders, ensuring all necessary preparations are made and materials are distributed in advance.
- Maintaining confidential files and contact information with utmost discretion and integrity.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in any field from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience providing support to Executive level management.
- Proficiency in computer operations and advanced knowledge of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional time management and comprehension abilities.
- Highly resourceful, analytical, and creative problem solver.
- Fluent in oral and written English with excellent phone etiquette.
- Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
