Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to school leaders, managing social media platforms, and ensuring effective communication with the school community.

About the Role

The Senior Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing schedules, meetings, and documentation for school leaders;
  • Preparing and organizing reports, presentations, and records;
  • Developing and implementing a content calendar aligned with school events, achievements, and announcements;
  • Engaging with the school community by responding to messages, comments, and reviews;
  • Maintaining social media analytics to adjust content strategy as needed;
  • E nsuring all public-facing communication reflects the school's mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field;
  • Experience managing social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer);
  • Basic skills in graphic design (e.g., Canva or Adobe Spark) and experience in photography and/or video editing;
  • Ability to respond professionally to inquiries from parents, students, and followers on social media;
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate and well-organized communication.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of PHP 40,000 - PHP 60,000 per month, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
