We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Silverdab Corporation.

About the Role

This is a critical support position that will provide administrative assistance to Executive Management and O&M Administrator, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors, while screening phone calls and routing them to the appropriate party.
  • Take detailed minutes during meetings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Organize schedules for drivers and vehicle assignments, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports, providing valuable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Provide general support to Executive Management and O&M Administrator in handling requests and queries.
  • Receive and review admin-related invoices before forwarding them to the Accounting Team.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in an administrative role.
  • Working knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Comfortable with shifting demands and priorities.
