Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in developing and executing sound action plans to achieve outstanding results in key performance measures.
  • Strong conceptual and planning skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to identify and capitalize on training opportunities through constant Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
