Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Board of Directors at THE NEW ALBERGUS, INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments for the Board of Directors, including travel arrangements.
  • Correspondence and Communication: Handle correspondences through emails, phone calls, and other communication channels, serving as the first point of contact for the Directors.
  • Personal Requests and Visitor Management: Attend to personal requests of owners and control who can meet the owners.
  • Document Management: File and retrieve documents and reference materials, and canvass and place orders of various purchases of owners.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for the President.
  • Internal and External Communications: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of the President.
  • Meeting Support: Attend meetings with the President, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Foundation and Leasing: Handle the Foundation and Leasing of the company.
  • Document Review: Check and read documents that are for the signature of owners.
