Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chairman in managing the day-to-day operations of the office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, scheduling meetings and ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
  • Provide administrative support to the Chairman, including drafting and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives, tracking progress and providing updates to the Chairman.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and relevant economic data to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee office operations, manage budgets, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Organize and coordinate board meetings and other important gatherings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with project management tools.
