Our team is seeking a skilled Service Desk Specialist to join our dynamic IT department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide timely and effective resolution to technical issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, and network devices.
  • Desktop Management: Prepare and configure desktops and laptops for deployment, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • User Access Management: Configure user access for basic LAN services, including setting up email accounts and removing access for terminated team members.
  • Infrastructure Development: Assist in building and configuring infrastructure underpinning LAN services under supervision.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience; Computer Science, Management Information Systems preferred.
  • Experience: Typically no relevant experience required, but previous IT Server, Network, and/or PC Support experience or IT customer support environment is a plus.
  • Skill Set: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in professional concepts.
