Job Summary:

We are seeking a Technical Support Professional – AMS responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and ongoing support of Application Management Services (AMS). The role includes evaluating the current application environment, developing tailored AMS solutions, and ensuring continuous optimization and management of business-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessment of the organization's application environment, including analysis of current applications, technology infrastructure, and alignment with business goals.
  • Planning and implementation of AMS solutions based on the assessment, including deployment of technologies, system integrations, and custom process development.
  • Ongoing management and optimization of supported applications to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with organizational needs.
