Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Job Description:

Provide professional customer service via phone, email, or chat, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Listen attentively to customer needs and respond accordingly, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

Analyze customer requests and provide solutions based on established process guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 1 year of experience in customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required for certain positions. For others, we accept college graduates with or without BPO experience.
