
Customer Experience Specialist

As a Virtual Assistant for Customer Support, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This key role will involve working with customers to resolve their concerns, providing product or service information, and collaborating with client teams to improve support processes.
Key responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining and updating customer support records.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed case notes and resolution status for each issue.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
- Develop and implement effective solutions to customer complaints.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in customer service or support roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with customer support software such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet service-level expectations.
