
Senior Customer Experience Advocate

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, owning customer communications from initial request to resolution. This is an 18-month fixed-term contract role.
Key Responsibilities- Be a product expert and provide in-depth knowledge about Ignition's capabilities.
- Own customer issues from initial contact until resolution, providing support via Intercom and occasional phone conversations.
- Collect customer feedback to influence product direction.
- Identify issues and collaborate with the development team to escalate bugs or solve problems.
- Develop and improve processes to scale support with the growing business.
- Create and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation.
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Proficiency with various software systems such as Zapier, Slack, Zoom, Loom, Client Success, Google Workspace, Atlassian, Intercom.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for creating professional documents and presentations.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to listen to concerns and handle criticism without taking it personally.
