We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Employee Experience Coordinator.

Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to deliver an exceptional employee experience by providing support and guidance to employees. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

This position involves assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration, and maintaining personnel records. The successful candidate will also be responsible for delivering new hire orientation and onboarding sessions, managing HR-related documentation, and maintaining accurate employee data in our HRIS.
