About the role

We are seeking a passionate and driven HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Kares International Commodities and Manpower Services'. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources operations, ensuring the efficient management of employee-related processes and contributing to the overall success of our organisation. This is a full-time position based in Iloilo City, Iloilo.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing administrative support across all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration
  2. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
  3. Coordinating employee engagement and training initiatives
  4. Handling employee inquiries and providing HR-related guidance and support
  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless employee experience
  6. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and reporting
  7. Staying abreast of changes in HR legislation and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. At least 2 years of experience in a generalist HR or HR Coordinator role, preferably within the Hotel and Hospitality Industry
  2. With knowledge and experience in payroll and timekeeping
  3. Strong administrative and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels
  5. With knowledge in common labor codes used in HR Industry
  6. A team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for supporting the growth and development of our people
  7. Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
