Qualification:

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and terminology is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support & Coordination
  • Assist sales executives in preparing quotations, proposals, and bids for construction projects.
  • Maintain and update sales records, client databases, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, site visits, and presentations with clients and internal teams.
  • Client Communication
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Follow up with clients regarding proposals, contracts, and project progress.
  • Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the operations or project management team.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare sales contracts, purchase orders, and other required documentation.
  • Track and monitor sales performance, preparing regular reports for management.
  • Maintain organized and updated project files.
  • Project Coordination
  • Liaise with procurement, engineering, and site teams to align on project timelines and requirements.
  • Monitor material orders, deliveries, and subcontractor schedules in line with client expectations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
