Guest Services Representative

We are seeking two highly skilled Guest Services Representatives to join our growing hospitality management company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling guest inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high standards of service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in short-term rental property management systems, and experience working with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO. You will also be fluent in English, both in writing and speaking, and have strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.

In this role, you will work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively, with a focus on delivering exceptional results under pressure. Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries and communications

  • Liaise with platforms like Airbnb and VRBO to resolve any channel-specific issues
