Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Community Engagement Manager to spearhead our community efforts, fostering a thriving environment where members can grow and collaborate.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, high-level interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of driving engagement strategies that deliver results. As a key stakeholder, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and manage goals, while continually improving the community experience through data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing and implementing tailored engagement strategies to meet community needs and business objectives
  • Liaising with technology, delivery, and marketing departments to provide requirements and drive project success
  • Setting expectations and actively working to enhance the community experience through proactive issue resolution and effective problem-solving
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies that drive project outcomes
  • Conducting root cause analysis for community escalations and proposing corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement
  • Preparing impactful presentations on community insights for internal and external customers
  • Implementing comprehensive strategies for building and maintaining a large, engaged community
  • Closely collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and manage goals
  • Participating in the onboarding process for newcomers and serving as a point of contact for all community engagement processes
  • Identifying and tracking relevant community KPIs to inform decision-making
  • Planning and organizing community satisfaction surveys to gather valuable insights and drive actionable change

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas verbally and in writing
  • High-level interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure to meet ambitious deadlines and goals
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills – ability to analyze situations and plan effective solutions
  • Excellent coordination and resource-planning capabilities
  • Proficiency and experience with online platform development stages, collecting requirements, and testing
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify potential risks and solutions
  • Established competency in the use of business applications and collaboration tools, including Microsoft and Google Workspace suites
