Job Description

At Neksjob, we are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy interacting with customers and resolving their issues in a professional and courteous manner.

About the Role

The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for handling incoming customer calls, emails, and other inquiries in a timely and efficient manner. This includes responding to customer questions, troubleshooting problems, and providing information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as necessary
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position that requires working on-site at our office location. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity while meeting performance metrics.

Benefits:

Neksjob offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary range of $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer opportunities for career growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary Range:

$36,000 - $45,600 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and assuming an hourly wage of $18-$22 per hour.
