We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at ABI - Commercial Offices. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our office operations and ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the management of office administration tasks, including but not limited to: filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to our team members, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to perform their duties effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring up-to-date information is available as needed.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a college graduate with a degree in Business Administration or a similar field.
  • Must have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel and experience working with office software.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience as an office clerk or assistant is required.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, but prior experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A salary of approximately PHP 25,000 - 35,000 per month is expected based on location and industry standards.
