We are seeking a Policyholder Advocate to join our team at NTT DATA, Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional phone support to policyholders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

You will work closely with our management team and other specialists to develop and implement strategies that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will also be responsible for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, sharing your knowledge and expertise with the team.
