Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Operations Manager to lead our talent acquisition, digital marketing, and recruitment branding efforts.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management of various campaigns, ensuring all processes and services within the division are running smoothly. This includes regular monitoring of site performance using available standards and metrics to guarantee the company's goals and objectives are achieved.
  • Evaluate and improve processes, policies, and procedures in the group for further enhancements, such as training periods, production planning, and automation initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Support and/or Operations Support Groups to discuss and address escalated operational issues, queries, and concerns.
  • Manage overall campaign operations, continuously monitoring profitability and service delivery performance of programs.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher from any recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 4–5 years of experience in project management or an equivalent managerial role.
  • Demonstrated success in client management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale teams of 300+ FTEs, including multi-site and cross-country operations.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data tools and software.
  • Experience in implementing process automation projects.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Paranaque or Laguna.
