
Talented HR Generalist Wanted

We are seeking a talented HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft, Workday, and have a working knowledge of HR industry standards and practices.
The HR Generalist will be responsible for delivering day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. This includes providing guidance and coaching to managers on all employee life-cycle processes, solving day-to-day HR needs for employees by leveraging technology to provide simple and effective employee-focused processes.
The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to client groups within the organization. In this role, you are expected to deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers, as well as possess the mindset to increase process effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers
- Responsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessed
- Partner with Human Resource Advisors (HRAs) and Centers of Excellence (COEs) on HR priorities in respective client populations to ensure delivery and implementation of HR solutions
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous relevant experience preferred
- Working knowledge of HR industry standards and practices
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and PeopleSoft, Workday
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
