HVAC Customer Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HVAC systems, terminology, and customer concerns. This role involves handling customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing quotes or estimates. The representative will assess customer needs and recommend suitable HVAC solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage customer communications related to service inquiries, scheduling, and sales.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions based on provided guidelines.
- Schedule service appointments accurately in coordination with dispatch teams.
- Provide pricing, warranty, and service information clearly and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns or escalate issues to the appropriate internal team.
- At least 1 year of experience in a call center or phone-based customer service/sales role (HVAC or trades industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC services, terminology, and common customer concerns.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using CRM or dispatch software is an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
