Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Overview

This is a key strategic contract position for an experienced recruiter who identifies, engages, and secures top-quality candidates. As a strategic partner, you understand that each hire directly shapes the company's future.

You will take full ownership of ad creation and placement, proactive sourcing, rigorous pre-screening, and pipeline management. You hunt for excellence, evaluate cultural fit, and represent the company with professionalism and purpose.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing & Talent Hunting: Aggressively source high-quality candidates through direct outreach, cold targeting, social sourcing, Boolean search, industry crossovers, and networking.
  • Maintain a bench of pre-screened, hire-ready candidates for common roles across the organization.
  • Seek transferable skill sets from adjacent industries based on role needs.
  • Write and manage job postings across multiple platforms.
  • Continuously monitor ad performance, adjust strategy, and improve ROI through A/B testing, targeting, and wording refinement.
  • Ensure recruiting dollars are spent effectively and reports are provided to leadership as needed.
  • Candidate Evaluation & Screening: Conduct interactive pre-screening calls to assess professionalism, communication style, and mission alignment.
  • Evaluate candidates equally on their motivation, responsiveness, and overall interaction throughout the process.
  • Critically analyze résumés and employment history to detect inconsistencies or misalignment with role expectations.

This is a full-time remote role with a competitive hourly rate and project bonuses.
