Role Overview

Organizations seeking to scale their customer support require detail-oriented professionals to manage recruitment processes. We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist with at least 1 year of experience in this field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews to identify top candidates for hireflix roles.
  • Coordinate communication with job applicants via email and maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in hubspot and google sheets.
  • Collaborate with team leads and assistants to align on hiring requirements and coordinate candidate assessments.
  • Develop and contribute to standard operating procedures (sops), training materials, and internal communications channels within the organization.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • Proficiency in gmail, slack, and google sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
