Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying top talent, streamlining the hiring process, and ensuring a seamless experience for both applicants and our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. They will also possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

About the Role
  • Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including hiring managers and recruiters.
  • Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing clear and timely communication.
  • Manage and track recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, source of hire, and quality of hire.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
